## About the Role

As a Test Engineer III, you'll play a key role in designing, testing, and improving advanced electronic assemblies in a regulated manufacturing environment where quality and precision matter.
This role is ideal for hands-on engineers who enjoy troubleshooting complex systems, collaborating with customers and production teams, and owning test strategy from development through sustaining. ### **What You'll Do** - Develop, maintain, and improve **functional test, ICT, and flying probe systems** - Support production of **Aerospace, Medical, and high-reliability electronics** - Debug and troubleshoot at the **component, board, and system levels** - Perform **failure analysis and root-cause investigations** - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to meet **quality and production goals** - Utilize lab equipment including **oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and signal analyzers** - Ensure compliance with **ESD, IPC, ISO, and quality standards** ### **What We're Looking For** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering **or equivalent hands-on experience** - **6+ years** of experience in test engineering or electronics manufacturing - Experience with **ATE,
