## Description

* 80 % de support à distance (téléphone, prise en main)
 * 20 % d'interventions sur site client (proximité, installation, dépannage)

Vous serez en charge de :

 * Répondre aux appels clients, qualifier les demandes (urgence, type de besoin…)
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents à distance
 * Escalader les problèmes complexes si nécessaire
 * Documenter les interventions et enrichir la base de connaissances
 * Réaliser des interventions techniques sur site (préventif, installation, dépannage)
 * Assurer le suivi des tickets dans notre outil de gestion
