## About the Role

You'll have:

 * Strong experience in ETL development, data modelling and data warehousing.
 * Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.
 * Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to explain technical concepts clearly.
 * A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and a genuine passion for data and technology.
 * The enthusiasm to contribute ideas, challenge existing processes and thrive within a collaborative, innovative IT team.

## Description

You'll play a key part in developing and improving our data infrastructure, transforming complex data into reliable, scalable solutions that support smarter business decisions.

You'll be responsible for:

 * Designing and developing ETL pipelines to transform, integrate and optimise data.
 * Building and maintaining data models that deliver accurate, consistent and accessible information.
 * Working with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to develop and enhance our analytical data platform.
 * Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and turn requirements into practical solutions.
 * Driving innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve data quality and simplify complex data structures.
