## About the Role

* Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent
 * Finance systems / Systems Accountant experience
 * Experience of finance system implementation, migration or upgrades
 * Strong knowledge of core accounting processes
 * Data migration, reconciliation and testing experience
 * Advanced Excel skills and strong stakeholder management capability
 * Desirable: MRI Financials, finance transformation

## Description

My client is seeking a Systems Accountant to lead the finance workstream of a significant financial systems migration. Acting as the key Finance SME, you'll work closely with Finance, Technology and senior stakeholders to ensure the successful migration, testing and implementation of a new finance platform.

 * Major transformation project
 * Finance professional with strong systems experience, * Leading the finance systems migration workstream
 * Data migration, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation and validation
 * Translating finance requirements into system processes and workflows
 * UAT, defect resolution, cutover and go-live support
 * Improving finance processes, reporting and MI
 * Supporting documentation, training and change management
