 * Recueil et formalisation des besoins
 * Rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles
 * Modélisation des processus
 * Accompagnement des utilisateurs

Gestion de projet

 * Cadrage et pilotage de projets SI
 * Coordination métiers / IT / éditeurs
 * Suivi des délais, budgets, risques

Systèmes & Data

 * Interventions sur PMS, OMS, Risk, Reporting
 * Projets de migration et refonte applicative
 * Data quality et reporting réglementaire

Transformation & conformité

 * ESG, SFDR, MIFID, EMIR, PRIIPs
 * Optimisation des dispositifs de pilotage
