## About the Role

We're targeting an hourly rate of $55-60/HR Key Responsibilities * Facilitate all agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement * Build and maintain workflows for prioritization, acceptance criteria, UAT, and delivery readiness * Improve capacity planning and reduce context switching across engineering teams * Track risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines; produce reporting for engineering leadership * Partner with QA to ensure quality, reduce bugs, and prevent tech debt * Support teams working with LLMs, AI agents, and rapid application development cycles * Guide teams through evolving methodologies (Scrum, RAD hybrid, XP) Skills and Requirements * 7+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead * Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum-ban * Familiarity with LLMs, machine learning environments, or AI-enabled development * Strong experience with Jira and Confluence * Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
