## Description

Au sein du CIO Office de Technip Energies, rattaché au Head of Performance, Governance and Process, vous intervenez en tant que Consultant Stratégie Finance IT. Cette mission vise à assurer la continuité opérationnelle et le pilotage de la performance IT, tout en structurant les activités avant un recrutement interne définitif.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement international et devrez faire preuve de rigueur et de pragmatisme., 1. Performance Financière de l'IT :

 * Pilotage et coordination budgétaire (analyse des budgets, suivi des écarts vs forecasts, analyse des actuals).
 * Suivi de la valeur engendrée par les projets IT.
 * Contribution au Vendor Management et à la performance financière des fournisseurs.

 2. Performance Opérationnelle et Dashboarding :
 * Définition et mise en place de tableaux de bord de pilotage (KPIs opérationnels, satisfaction utilisateur, rapidité de delivery).
 * Reporting global pour le CIO Office (via Power BI et Excel).
 * Identification des pistes d'amélioration des processus.

 3. Gouvernance et Sourcing :
 * Coordination du plan de recrutement externe et du sourcing.
 * Support à la définition de la stratégie IT.
 * Interface avec les différentes équipes internes (Verticales métier et Équipes techniques/Plateformes).
