 * 3+ years of experience with Windows, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, XML, and complex SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures.
 * 1+ year of experience with JSON, console/batch applications for data interfaces, and WCF web services.
 * Strong communication, customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, mentor employees, and maintain technical documentation.

 * Payment application development and maintenance.

## Description

The State of Mississippi is seeking an intermediate-level Full Stack .NET Developer to participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing/QA, implementation, training, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, VB.NET or C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server., * Gather and analyze business requirements.

 * Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain .NET applications.
 * Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, VB.NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
 * Write complex SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures.
 * Develop console and batch applications for data interfaces.
 * Build and maintain WCF web services.
 * Perform quality assurance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
 * Prepare and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
 * Support user training and application maintenance.
 * Mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects.
