## About the Role

* Extensive professional computer-repair experience; around ten years is strongly preferred for this senior role

 * Strong practical knowledge of hardware and software diagnosis, component replacement, operating-system issues and device testing

* Diagnose, repair, test and quality-check Apple Macs, laptops, desktop computers and related devices to a high standard

 * Manage a repair workload independently, prioritise jobs and meet agreed turnaround times

 * Keep every customer informed of diagnosis, cost, progress, parts requirements and collection dates

 * Obtain clear customer approval before chargeable work and maintain accurate written records
