## About the Role

Hands-on experience building agents and conversational solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
Experience integrating enterprise systems through custom connectors, plugins, REST APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM grounding strategies.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Azure AI services.
DevOps and application lifecycle management experience for Power Platform solutions.
Understanding of Agile delivery practices.
Strong written and spoken English.

Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Multi-channel agent deployments across Teams, web applications and portals.
