## About the Role

* Practical experience managing an e-commerce website selling physical products.
 * Examples of improving online sales, conversion or customer retention.
 * Confidence using e-commerce platforms and email marketing tools, ideally Shopify and Klaviyo or similar.
 * Strong product copywriting, organisation and analytical skills.
 * Someone comfortable taking ownership while getting involved in the day-to-day work.

Experience in food, gifting, beauty, homeware or another consumer product brand would be useful, but we're open to transferable sector experience.

## Description

* Managing product listings, pricing, website content and promotions.
 * Improving the online shopping experience and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
 * Planning email campaigns and seasonal promotions alongside marketing colleagues.
 * Tracking sales, conversion rates and customer behaviour, then turning those insights into action.
 * Working with external agencies and internal teams to deliver improvements.
 * Coordinating with fulfilment and customer service colleagues to keep the customer journey running smoothly.
