## About the Role

* 7-10 years of experience, likely at top consulting firm where you have led clients through complex, novel engagements
 * Comfort with long, ambiguous cycles requiring deep discovery, multithreading and resilience
 * Executive presence, and the ability to communicate a compelling narrative to senior stakeholders
 * Plus: 1-2+ years in a commercial, BD, or strategic accounts role OR experience as a founder

## Description

Enterprises are under extreme pressure to adopt AI but they all face a security challenge - CISOs understandably worry about "how do I know this AI agent is secure, safe, and reliable?".

We see this in our work daily: we now have 250+ security & risk leaders in the AIUC-1 consortium excited to shape the standard that they and others can use to answer this question.

Many of these enterprises are pursuing AIUC-1 certification themselves - either for their internally built AI agents, or for agents built by vendors deployed in their environment.

We're hiring a founding enterprise lead to help us build and deepen these enterprise partnerships & drive adoption of AIUC-1. This is a novel opportunity, and in practice you will:

 * Lead discovery with enterprises - understanding how each enterprise assesses AI vendor risk
 * Work closely with our founders to shape and run experiments for the GTM approach and AIUC-1 that meets the needs of enterprise CISOs
 * Own and grow our portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts - from first conversation through to signed partnership
 * Explore deepening in specific verticals eg Financial Services, building on the core AIUC-1 to meet the regulatory and business needs of these enterprises
