Responsibilities include developing new features, improving pipelines, deploying scalable data analytics and ML solutions, and collaborating with Tech and Ops teams. Candidates must have 5+ years in data science, strong coding skills in Python, Scala, Java, experience with high-performance algorithms, statistical techniques, data mining, predictive modeling, version control (Bitbucket/Git), SQL, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and mentoring ability required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science, experience with data visualization tools, digital marketing platforms, Apache Spark, AWS services, and Linux environments. The role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days remote per week.
