## Description

We're searching for a Riyadh-based Applications Analyst to join our Professional Services team, so that we can ensure the smooth execution and completion of projects and support the delivery and deployment of software and service solutions. The Applications Analyst will work closely with project teams, clients, and technical specialists to understand client requirements, configure and test solutions, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition to full production.

How You'll Spend Your Time

 * Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements in order to ensure a clear understanding of project needs.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact between team members, clients, and vendors in order to facilitate communication and keep everyone informed about project status and changes.
 * Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process flows, in order to keep all documents up to date and accessible.
 * Assist in configuring systems or software and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance in order to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
 * Assist in training clients on new systems or processes in order to enable seamless adoption and a smooth transition to full production.
