## About the Role

* Maîtrise de Windows Server, Active Directory, réseaux TCP/IP.
 * Compétence confirmée en administration SQL Server.
 * Intérêt ou expérience dans les environnements ERP et solutions de gestion.
 * Rigueur, sens du service, autonomie, capacité d'analyse., Bac+2/3 informatique (BTS SIO / DUT ou équivalent).
 * Expérience en déploiement ou support technique appréciée.
 * Poste basé à Toulouse, déplacements ponctuels en clientèle

## Description

Participer aux déploiements techniques des solutions de gestion Caplaser et assurer leur maintien opérationnel chez les clients.

Intervenir sur les environnements serveurs, bases de données, réseaux et périphériques associés.

Responsabilités clés

 * Déploiement et mise à jour des ERP : SAGE 100, DIVALTO, spécifiques métiers (SQL Server et moteur Visual Adélia si applicable).
 * Installer, administrer et maintenir SQL Server : instances, sauvegardes, restaurations, maintenance.
 * Intervenir sur les environnements Windows et réseaux nécessaires aux applications.
 * Paramétrer et maintenir les périphériques : imprimantes, scanners et autres périphériques mobiles.
 * Participer à la rédaction, la mise à jour ou l'amélioration des documentations techniques internes.
