## Description

* Provides hands-on systems administration and management of advanced enterprise class server infrastructure in support of a diverse customer base on a 24/7/365 basis;
 * Provides direct customer support for problem resolution and escalation;
 * Conducts complete diagnosis of most technology problems, factoring in an understanding of the technical architecture;
 * Participates in design, and contributes to technical insights and ideas;
 * Anticipates implementation obstacles and develops plans to address them;
 * Analyzes cross-technology and cross-platform issues;
 * Provides input into the technology plan for the organization and ensures that plans are integrated effectively with other aspects of the technical infrastructure;
 * May provide consulting services to project teams on areas of expertise;
 * Supports multiple projects concurrently, including new projects or projects related to current processes;
 * Coordinates the hands-on work needed to achieve project objectives in the field;
 * Technical writing to develop user manuals and IT support documentation;
 * Follows proper change management policies and procedures when needed.
