## About the Role

## Description

* Gather and analyse business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
 * Advise on how business needs can be best delivered using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
 * Re-engineer and improve business processes using Power Platform best practices.
 * Design, build, and implement Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and wider Power Platform solutions.
 * Lead technical solution design and ensure alignment with established patterns and standards.
 * Participate in code reviews, providing guidance and quality assurance across Power Platform solutions.
 * Work within Agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning and delivery activities.
 * Create and maintain Epics, Features, and User Stories.
 * Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve development standards and delivery practices.
 * Support and mentor other team members on new Power Platform capabilities and emerging technologies.

This is a hybrid role based in Telford, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, offering a rate of £500 per day inside IR35. We need someone to design and deliver scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions, combining hands-on development, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and technical leadership within an agile delivery environment.
