* Take ownership of onsite IT support, resolving complex hardware, software, networking, and meeting room issues
 * Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, user access, and endpoint configuration
 * Oversee onboarding, offboarding, device deployment, and IT asset management
 * Support infrastructure upgrades, technical projects, and wider business improvements
 * Troubleshoot issues and improve IT processes
 * Oversee device and user lifecycles
