## About the Role

Basic Requirements:

 * Active TS/SCI with current Polygraph required
 * Two (2) years of experience in applied machine learning in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
 * Bachelor's Degree in advanced math (e.g., Calculus, Linear Algebra or Bayesian statistics), Computer Science or related STEM discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
 + Three (3) years of additional machine learning experience on projects with similar machine learning processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

## Description

The team supports a suite of web-based applications that automate data management for IC data custodians.

 * The products facilitate the capture of information and approvals that allow for the movement of data through the customer mission space in a compliant manner.
 * These products are critical to standardize and simplify data movement as well as data reuse and integration with downstream tools., * Design, create, test, and productize Al/ML algorithms to solve business challenges.
 + The Al/ML models created should be capable of learning and making predictions as defined by the business logic developed to meet customer requirements.
 * Proficient in all aspects of model architecture, data pipeline interaction, metrics application, interpretation, and presentation.
 * Familiarity with foundational concepts of application development, infrastructure management, data engineering, and data governance.
 * Experience training, retraining, deploying, scheduling, monitoring, and improving models based on iterative user and system feedback is required to support designing and creating scalable solutions for optimal performance.
 * Responsible for leading geographically diverse teams and will often serve as a primary POC for Al-related matters, so must have exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

 * Expert knowledge of multiple programming languages (Python, Java, C++, R)
 * Jupyter notebooks
 * PyTorch or TensorFlow
 * Generative AI use (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
