Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related IT field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Developing concurrent and distributed systems using Java. Utilizing HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular 2+. Spring-based technologies (Spring Boot and Spring Cloud) and caching frameworks, including Hazelcast and Redis. Designing and implementing microservices-based solutions. Writing unit and integration tests. Writing SQL queries, applying understanding of data models. Experience with cloud technologies. DevOps development and deployment using containers. Experience with CI/CD pipeline.

Job Duties: S&P OpCo, LLC seeks a Lead Software Engineer who will plan, prepare, and develop software for Indices software platforms. Design, develop, and maintain solutions for multiple technology platforms. Design and develop Java full-stack applications for web platform systems. Migrate existing applications to Java-based microservices and deploy using containers. Participate in multiple software development processes, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation. Develop software applications based on clear business specifications. Work on new initiatives and support existing Index applications. Perform application and system performance tuning and troubleshoot performance issues.
