## About the Role

* Must be a US Cizitien
 * Five (5) years of experience.
 * Strong understanding of Scrum practices.
 * Proven track record of implementing a QMS in compliance with ISO 9001.
 * Proficiency using standard Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, and Power BI.
 * Bachelor's degree, or nine (9) years of experience.
 * Agile or Scrum certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSP).
 * Must have an active Secret clearance.

Physical Demands:

Work is performed in an office environment. Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Required to use a computer throughout the work.

## Description

The Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master shall be responsible for the following:

 * Serve as the primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
 * Foster an environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
 * Implement and manage QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
 * Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder the teams' progress.
 * Protect the teams from external distractions.
 * Prepare written communication in accordance with the Customer's writing guide, free of typos, grammar discrepancies, and formatting flaws.
