## Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support and equipment repair, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot various computer systems. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their hardware and software needs across multiple platforms, including Windows and Mac OS

Pay starts at $10/hr and increases based on performance and completing the probationary period

Duties

 * Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues for customers.
 * Provide technical support for various operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS
 * Utilize hand tools
 * Assist customers in retail settings with product selection and technical inquiries.
