## About the Role

* 10+ years of overall Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
 * Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits
 * Proven experience delivering end-to-end Benefits implementations
 * Mandatory K-12 project experience
 * Experience with Benefits configuration, requirements gathering, solution design, testing & deployment
 * Strong experience preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for integrations and reports
 * Experience working with technical teams and third-party integration vendors
 * Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, * 8+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
 * Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Benefits module
 * Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Benefits applications in production environment
 * Handson experience with incident resolution, enhancements, troubleshooting, and functional analysis
 * Experience with Benefits business processes, configurations, testing, and user suppot
 * Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and vendors
 * Strong documentation and communication skills
 * K-12 / Public Sector experience preferred
