## About the Role

* Associate Degree or 1 year of equivalent work-related experience in cloud engineering or server administrator role, * Scripting (Python preferred)
 * AWS and Terraform experience
 * Cloud platforms experience, including AWS networking, infrastructure management, automation, GoLang programming, and Cyber Security best practices

## Description

* Develop software platforms and frameworks, including platform automation and defining the process and cadence of upgrades and changes
 * Maintain services, monitor system health, and continually look for improvements
 * Scale systems sustainably using continuous deployment and automation
 * Research and implement best design principles to improve reliability and velocity
 * Work in an agile environment and engage in practices such as XP and test-driven development
 * Work with technical staff to understand and resolve software problems
 * Resolve customer complaints and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
 * Collaborate with other engineers, developers, designers, and product owners
 * Assist product teams with problem resolutions and routine maintenance tasks
 * Review health check alerts and escalate as necessary
 * Assist with updates and patching
 * Perform basic script writing to assist with platform automation
