## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, plus 2-4 years of software development experience.
 * Experience building distributed, web-based applications using an object-oriented language and common development patterns, including model-view-controller.
 * Experience developing enterprise software on an Agile team and contributing throughout the development lifecycle.
 * Strong relational database skills, including design, programming, and performance tuning, plus experience with Entity Framework or a similar framework; Microsoft SQL Server preferred.
 * Strong problem-solving skills, an understanding of secure application design, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
 * Basic understanding of durable medical equipment and hospice operations, with a commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
 * Preferred experience includes JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React, cloud platforms such as AWS, scripting tools, Xamarin mobile development, or benefits, transaction processing, or financial services systems.
