## About the Role

* Master's Degree is REQUIRED
 * 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, and technical solution delivery, including significant technical leadership responsibility.
 * Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including architecture or solution design, configuration, customization, development, integration, and deployment.
 * Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations from discovery through production support.
 * Strong development experience with C#, .NET/ASP.NET, JavaScript and/or TypeScript, Dynamics 365 plug-ins, custom workflows, XRM Framework, and OData/Web APIs, Jira .
 * Experience with Git-based source control and Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and ALM practices.
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrating Copilot or conversational AI capabilities into Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
