## About the Role

## Description

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is strong in Java/J2EE, comfortable across backend and frontend development, and interested in working in an AI-forward engineering environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features end to end, solving complex technical problems, and using modern AI-assisted development tools to improve speed, quality, and productivity.

You'll work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and fellow engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to build and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

What You'll Work On

You'll design, build, and support enterprise applications using technologies such as:

What You'll Do

 * Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java/J2EE applications.
 * Build responsive front-end components using Angular.
 * Own development work from requirement analysis through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
 * Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
 * Participate in peer reviews and technical design discussions.
 * Investigate and resolve complex production and application issues.
 * Work closely with QA, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

AI-Assisted Engineering

This is an AI-forward engineering role.

You'll be expected to use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, and other AI-assisted coding tools as part of day-to-day development.

This may include using AI to support:

 * Refactoring
 * Code review
 * Test generation
 * Troubleshooting
 * Documentation
 * Repetitive engineering tasks

At the same time, you'll be responsible for validating AI-generated output for correctness, security, and code quality, and following responsible AI and data-governance practices.
