## Description

As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for delivering client-funded enhancements, production implementations, and strategic technology initiatives. This role acts as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, development teams, and operations to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing platform excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

 * Lead the delivery of client-funded software enhancements and solution implementations.

 * Manage project requirements, effort estimation, testing coordination, and release planning.

 * Partner with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 * Coordinate implementation activities across development, quality assurance, operations, and support teams.

 * Monitor production performance and support issue resolution efforts.

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery processes and solution quality.

 * Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

 * Ensure solutions meet client expectations, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
