* Du betreibst, wartest und entwickelst Microsoft Hyper-V und VMware vSphere / ESXi-Cluster weiter.
 * Du planst und realisierst Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen und Live-Migrationen.
 * Du analysierst und optimierst Kapazitäten und Performance von CPU, RAM, Storage und Netzwerken.
 * Du führst Wartungen, Patches und Upgrades durch und unterstützt Migrationen und Hardware-Refreshes.
 * Du analysierst und behebst Störungen auf Hypervisor-Ebene nachhaltig.
 * Du erstellst und pflegst Dokumentationen, Standards und Runbooks.
