Serving as the expert for all Windows environments. 2. Designing, implementing, and providing ongoing support of the Windows Infrastructure. 3. Supporting physical and virtual systems on multiple security enclaves, creating and maintaining bare-metal and virtual machines with the appropriate distribution of Windows and network configuration, using tools that include Microsoft Configuration Manager, Hyper-V, VMware, SQL Server, Windows 2019/2022/2025, and Windows 11 4. Responding to frequent and varied requests for DNS, DHCP, DFS, print systems, and other support. 5. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems to minimize downtime. 6.
