## About the Role

* At least 6 years of experience in Healthcare Data Analysis with Healthcare interoperability experience.
 * Knowledge of healthcare standards such as FHIR, CCDA, HL7 v2, and related interoperability frameworks.
 * Strong business analysis and data analysis experience.
 * Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries across large datasets.
 * Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Teradata, Snowflake, AWS Athena, or similar analytical environments.
 * Ability to perform data profiling, data mapping, data quality analysis, and root cause investigation.
 * Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
 * Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

## Description

* Analyze, profile, and validate source and target data across clinical, claims, member, and provider systems to support interoperable data exchange.
 * Define and maintain source to target mappings and transformation rules for HL7 v2, FHIR, CCD/C CDA, and X12 EDI standards.
