## About the Role

 * You enjoy in-office work and work travel, * Minimum 1 year of experience building and owning production hardware/systems in aerospace manufacturing, high-growth aviation engineering, or similarly demanding MRO environments.
 * Proven ability to debug complex mechanical or avionics failures in field or production environments.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with engineers and executives

Requirements:

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

 * Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science
 * Minimum 1 year of experience designing, deploying and supporting hardware or software systems in live manufacturing, engineering or MRO environments, including responsibility for troubleshooting and fixing them after release.

 + Experience in aerospace manufacturing, aviation engineering or aerospace MRO environments preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:

 * Proven ability to debug complex mechanical, electrical or electronic failures in field or production environments.
 * Ability to scope projects independently and make sound engineering decisions under pressure and tight timelines.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to earn the trust of both engineers and executives.
 * Willingness to work in the office and travel regularly.
