## About the Role

* Comfortable with hands-on hardware work
 * Physically capable of lifting hardware devices and at time working under desks for cable management and connections.
 * Able to follow structured processes and safety guidelines
 * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
 * Basic understanding of IT equipment and cabling
 * Must pass background check
 * Must pass 'integrity' questionnaire
 * Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
 * CompTIA A+ Certification preferred

## Description

* Replace and swap laptops, thin clients, and basic IT peripherals
 * Repair and replace time clocks
 * Replace interior and exterior cameras
 * Identify and correct cable-related safety or performance issues
 * Maintain clean, organized cable pathways with proper labeling
 * Perform preventative maintenance on IT-related devices
 * Collaborate with onsite client personnel as needed
 * Image laptops and thin clients
 * Provision printers, scanners and other hardware

Client-Provided Materials

Technician will work with materials supplied by the client, including:

 * Velcro, Velcro wrap, Velcro tape, and similar fastening tools
 * Network (Ethernet), USB, serial, and related cables
 * All devices requiring replacement and associated parts/peripherals
 * E-waste processing for retired or defective equipment
