## About the Role

We're looking for an Implementation Consultant, an onboarding wizard to help our customers' implementation needs with a goal to implement within 90 days. Our ideal candidate will be self-driven, will take the initiative to see projects and assignments through to completion, and stay laser focused on delighting customers with information on our products and services., * A strong decision maker and are able to solve complex problems.

 * Able to be a high producer under pressure and in a quick paced environment.

 * Someone with a desire for clients and teammates to succeed.

What You Have

 * Implementation/ Project Management experience is a plus.
 * Strong Organizational / Project Management skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eagle eye on details.
 * Proficiency in MS Office.
 * Understanding of SaaS Technology and experience with Power platforms which are a huge plus.

## Description

* Collaborate with sales team in the development of customer Implementation Plans
 * Review and understand client need and translate those into a successful Onboarding experience
 * Create customers site with purchased products and features
 * Execute Onboarding plan within 90 days of customer purchase
 * Become a subject matter expert on all areas of PowerDMS to be able to effectively lead discussions and answer questions
