 * Previous experience in managing disaster recovery plans, business continuity strategies, and implementing software solutions like SharePoint or ServiceNow.

 * Oversee basic network infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), routers, firewalls, DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), and network security protocols.
 * Support and troubleshoot server environments such as Windows Server, Linux systems, VMware vSphere, and Azure cloud services to ensure high availability.
 * Lead IT projects related to software implementation, system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.
 * Supervise IT support teams providing technical troubleshooting support across desktop support, remote access software, Active Directory management, and network engineering.
 * Collaborate with vendors on hardware/software procurement, vendor management, and service level agreements to optimize IT asset management.
 * Implement ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices for service management and oversee the use of tools like ServiceNow, Jira, SolarWinds for monitoring and incident management.
 * Develop cross-functional communication channels to coordinate IT operations with other departments while managing project timelines effectively.
 * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards by managing network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
 * Lead efforts in managing IT infrastructure upgrades, configuration management, and implementing new technologies aligned with organizational needs.
