## Description

* Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions and ADMS configurations
 * Support ADMS implementation and production operations
 * Perform system troubleshooting, log analysis, configuration validation, and root cause analysis
 * Support deployments, upgrades, patches, defect fixes, and production releases
 * Integrate and test interfaces across SCADA, OMS, GIS, DMS, Historian, ICCP, and enterprise systems
 * Perform Windows/Linux workstation and server patching and command-line configuration
 * Review technical designs, configurations, code, and deployment artifacts
 * Monitor system performance, reliability, and operational service levels
 * Work with network, cybersecurity, operators, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams
 * Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations
 * Support virtualized environments including VMware vCenter
 * Develop operational/analytical reports and Power BI dashboards
 * Assist end users with access, configuration, and functional issues
