## About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer with hands-on release management experience or a Release Manager with strong Salesforce engineering experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce development, Git/GitHub workflows, and release troubleshooting., * At least 1 year of hands-on release management experience in a Release Manager, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or engineering role involving release responsibilities.

 * At least 1 year of full-time Salesforce engineering experience.
 * Strong proficiency in Git and GitHub Actions/Workflows.
 * Salesforce programming experience with Apex and JavaScript.
 * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve build and deployment failures.
 * Basic familiarity with agentic coding and AI-powered development tools.
 * Flexibility to occasionally work late-night hours to support releases. Working hours may shift from daytime, but total working hours are not expected to exceed 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience troubleshooting Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical findings clearly.
