## About the Role

* 2-5 years of experience in IT project or program management

 * 2-5 years of experience supporting or leading Agile delivery in complex environments
\n

 * Experience managing application portfolios, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems
\n

 * Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid)
\n

 * Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills
\n

 * Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities
\n, * PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or CSM certification
\n

 * Experience with technology optimization, migrations, digital transformation initiatives, AI, ROI, and cost optimization
\n

 * Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Atlassian/Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms

 * Background working with Finance or Procurement on software, hardware, and services spend optimization

 * Lead and manage enterprise-level IT programs spanning multiple teams, platforms, and vendors
\n

 * Drive Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models
\n

 * Partner with business teams, including Finance, Security, IT, and other business stakeholders, to prioritize initiatives aligned to business value
\n

 * Manage program roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and milestones
\n

 * Produce and maintain project roadmaps, documentation, presentation materials, and related communication tools, including microsites or SharePoint-based resources, to support stakeholder visibility and alignment
\n

 * Track and report on KPIs, delivery metrics, and value realization
\n

 * Facilitate Agile planning and delivery activities, including PI planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and related program ceremonies
\n

 * Manage IT procurement and budget tracking processes across hardware, software, consulting services, invoices, approvals, and Finance/Accounting coordination
\n

 * Strengthen IT delivery execution by developing scalable project management practices, documentation standards, reporting processes, and cross-functional accountability
\n

 * Drive strong program governance, stakeholder communication, change management, and adoption across the organization
\n

 * Perform other duties and projects as assigned
