## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 * 10+ years of software development experience with strong technical leadership skills.
 * Strong hands-on experience in Golang, AWS, React JS, and Python.
 * Experience designing and developing scalable microservices and REST APIs.
 * Strong knowledge of secure coding, system design, code reviews, and software development best practices.
 * Hands-on experience with Cypress test automation and UI/browser testing.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality gates.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
 * Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and API security (OAuth/OIDC) is preferred.
 * Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, and performance tuning is an advantage.
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
