* Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
 * Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, specifically when managing challenging client interactions.
 * Possess strong organizational capabilities and experience in managing projects.
 * Effectively handle competing priorities to ensure that all technical issues are addressed in a timely manner.
 * Maintain proficiency in computer software, specifically Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
 * Demonstrate the physical capability to traverse production floors, ascend ladders, and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
 * Maintain a valid, insurable driver's license alongside a valid passport or the ability to secure one.

## Description

* Deliver expert technical assistance regarding generators, motors, control systems, and associated equipment.
 * Foster positive client relations by promptly addressing and resolving all incoming service inquiries.
 * Evaluate field data to suggest necessary repairs and generate comprehensive reports for warranty claims.
 * Oversee the inspection and assessment process for all materials, components, and equipment returned to the facility.
 * Act as the primary point of contact to facilitate communication between the factory, engineering, sales, and quality departments.
 * Educate customers on the features and proper application of our products and services.
