## About the Role

## Description

AppIt Ventures is seeking a motivated Application Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications that address business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming, application architecture, and software development practices, along with the ability to turn technical requirements into reliable, user-friendly solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders to build new application features, improve existing systems, integrate external services, and resolve technical issues. You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle while helping maintain application quality, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

 * Develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, and business applications.
 * Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and application features.
 * Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
 * Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
 * Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve application usability.
 * Troubleshoot software defects and resolve performance or compatibility issues.
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
 * Maintain existing applications and implement enhancements as requirements evolve.
