## About the Role

* At least 5-7 years of experience in a production support role, preferably with some experience as a technical lead or senior SME for business applications, facing off to senior business and IT stakeholders
 * Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of scripting, tooling, UNIX, Wintel, and databases. Experience with scheduling tools like Autosys and automation tools such as AppDynamics and IP Center.
 * Financial Market Knowledge: Securities Market knowledge a must have to support our application and data for use with trading desk services and business operations teams a plus for this Job Role.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and related services such as AAD, ADF, ADO, ADB, ADLS, Cosmos, and Postgres SQL DB is a plus.
 * A natural ability to solve complex issues with strong analytical and synthesizing skills.
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of explaining complex technical issues to senior business stakeholders.
 * Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, request, problem management, change and release activities, as well as knowledge management.
