Define and maintain enterprise HCM architecture standards, governance models, and platform direction.
Evaluate Oracle HCM releases and recommend adoption strategies for new capabilities.
Provide architectural guidance for Core HR, Payroll, Time, and workforce management solutions.
Assess integration designs, API implementations, and data flows across connected systems.
Partner with product teams and business leaders to resolve complex platform challenges.
Lead technical reviews, roadmap planning, and strategic HCM solution recommendations.
