Du führst es fachlich, disziplinarisch und vor allem menschlich individuell zu erfolgreichen Projekten und entwickelst unsere Kollegen konsequent weiter.

 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Teamführung
 * Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Projektleitung und Entwicklungsteam
 * Technische Leitung von Website- und individuellen Entwicklungsprojekten mit eigenem Entscheidungsspielraum
 * Technisches Briefing und Enablement des Teams
 * Kapazitätsplanung in Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanagement
 * Ansprechpartner für Entwicklungsfragen, Aufwandsindikationen und Zeitplanung
 * Wirtschaftlichkeit der Entwicklung im Einklang mit dem Projektbudget sicherstellen
 * Qualitätsanspruch und Leistungsversprechen dauerhaft sichern und aktiv vorantreiben
