* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
 * Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.
 * Strong technical background in one or more of the following:
 + Mobile Development (Flutter/Dart)
 + Java & Spring Boot Services
 + Cloud Engineering (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, DevOps)
 * Experience building and supporting cloud-native applications, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code quality, and security practices.
 * Experience integrating with enterprise systems, transportation technologies, and supply chain platforms.
 * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Passion for developing engineers and building high-performing teams.

## Description

* Lead and mentor a team of software engineers delivering mission-critical applications and services.
 * Own the technology strategy and execution for the Drive360 delivery platform, including mobile, web, cloud, and backend solutions.
 * Drive engineering excellence through modern development practices, CI/CD automation, quality controls, and security standards.
 * Partner with Product, QA, CloudOps, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support 24/7 operations.
 * Lead cloud-native architecture and enterprise integrations across logistics, transportation, and supply chain systems.
 * Oversee vendor relationships, contractor resources, and third-party technology partnerships.
 * Ensure platform reliability, performance, and operational readiness for a high-volume delivery environment.
