Installer et mettre en service nos solutions chez les clients :

*bornes de commande

*caisses tactiles

*écrans cuisine

*imprimantes et périphériques

*équipements réseau

 - Assurer les interventions techniques :

*maintenance préventive et curative

*diagnostic de panne

*remplacement matériel

*support technique sur site

 - Former les clients à l'utilisation des équipements

 - Effectuer les audits techniques avant installation

 - Remonter les informations terrain aux équipes support et projet

 - Participer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service
