## About the Role

* Proven experience developing complex applications using Python within a professional environment focused on web development or software engineering.
 * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including cloud services (AWS, Azure), Linux environments, and network security protocols.
 * Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Express) for front-end development coupled with back-end API creation using RESTful standards.
 * Solid knowledge of database systems such as MySQL and SQL Server; experience with system design for scalable systems is essential.
 * Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control tools (GitHub, SVN), and software design patterns.
 * Experience working on microservices architecture, application development at scale, and implementing REST APIs for diverse platforms.
 * Knowledge of security best practices including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and secure API development.
 * Additional skills in Java, C#, and C++ are advantageous; familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is a plus but not mandatory.

## Description

* Work on the development of high-quality Python applications, ensuring adherence to best practices in software design and architecture.
 * Design and implement scalable microservices architectures utilizing RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and modern JavaScript frameworks for seamless web integration.
 * Collaborate within Agile teams to plan, develop, test, and deploy features efficiently using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GitHub.
 * Develop system components with a focus on scalability, security (RBAC), and performance optimization using design patterns and system design principles.
 * Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom APIs to enhance system functionality while maintaining high standards for API security and performance.
 * Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and promote best practices in software engineering across the team.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies such as Quantum engineering concepts or advanced programming languages like C++, C#, and Java.
