Chez HELPLINE Ouest, vous intervenez pour plusieurs clients issus de secteurs variés, ce qui signifie :

Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, applicatifs métiers, outils de mobilité (Android, iOS), matériels informatiques…

Votre rôle au quotidien :
Au sein d'une équipe dynamique en open-space, vous êtes le point de contact privilégié des utilisateurs.
Votre rôle s'articule autour des missions suivantes :

 * Prenez en charge les appels et les demandes par mail
 * Analysez et diagnostiquez les incidents
 * Résolvez les problématiques à distance
 * Escaladez vers des équipes spécialisées si nécessaire
 * Assurez le suivi des tickets jusqu'à leur clôture

Votre mission a un impact direct : vous contribuez à la continuité et à la performance des environnements IT de nos clients.
