## Description

* Assist senior real-time desk traders/operators with generation fleet operations.
 * Complete daily recurring operational shift tasks.
 * Develop an understanding of power generation economics and dispatch characteristics.
 * Work with ISO/RTO protocols and market portals.
 * Support activities across multiple energy markets.
 * Assist with transmission reservation and tagging systems.
 * Communicate operational information clearly and accurately.
 * Follow established procedures in a fast-paced real-time environment.
 * Maintain strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
