## About the Role

* 3+ years of BI/reporting experience, ideally 5+ years
 * Strong hands-on Power BI development experience
 * Strong SQL skills for querying, analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation
 * Experience working with Snowflake
 * Strong understanding of BI, data, and reporting fundamentals
 * Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders
 * Ability to translate business needs into reporting and data solutions
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to independently lead requirements conversations and drive work forward
 * Financial services or banking experience
 * BSA/AML, fraud, or financial-crime reporting experience
 * Experience supporting reporting or data modernization initiatives
 * ThoughtSpot experience
 * Actimize exposure

## Description

* Partner directly with BSA/AML stakeholders to understand reporting needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
 * Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards
 * Use SQL and Snowflake to investigate, validate, and troubleshoot complex data and reporting requirements
 * Support reporting needs involving data flowing into and out of Actimize
 * Gather and define reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
 * Modernize existing reporting processes as Pathward transitions toward its newer cloud and enterprise data environments
 * Collaborate across BSA/AML, data, technology, integration, and reporting teams
